Each purchase can include up to 10 draws. The purchase confirmation screen shows the actual quantity available.
If this series has purchase limits, the per-purchase and per-user or wallet limits are shown on the purchase confirmation screen.
Once a draw product is purchased, it cannot be cancelled, returned, exchanged, or replaced because of the draw result, a duplicate prize, or another personal reason. You may not request a refund of the per-draw cost or a refund based on the prize value. Only major defects, shipping errors, or mismatches with the order qualify for return or exchange handling; once confirmed, reshipment, replacement parts, or repair will be arranged first, and an exchange or reverse-logistics pickup only if the issue still cannot be resolved.
After you confirm a draw, the required points are deducted and the draw is created. Its result is generated under the published rules; refer to the series page for the reveal status.
If this series offers an opening discount, it takes priority. Draws at the discounted price do not qualify for the multi-draw rebate; draws beyond the opening allocation use the regular price. If the series also offers a multi-draw rebate, only qualifying regular-price draws can receive it.
Free-order challenges apply only to series marked as eligible. Eligible draws, trigger prizes, and remaining challenge draws follow the series page and purchase confirmation. Challenge draws must be completed before regular draws can be purchased, and the two cannot be combined in one purchase. The standard per-purchase limit still applies. Range example (not actual values for any series): if 5 challenge draws remain, that purchase can contain at most those 5 draws and cannot include regular draws. Rebate and free-order example (not actual values for any series): for a 1,000-point purchase qualifying for a 100-point multi-draw rebate, missing the trigger prize still grants the 100-point rebate, but the purchase points are not returned, leaving 900 points actually spent. Hitting the trigger prize also grants the 100-point rebate and separately returns the 900 points actually spent; the 100-point rebate is not returned a second time, so the combined benefit equals the full 1,000-point purchase. Eligibility, results, and free-order return status follow the purchase confirmation, system settlement, and transaction records.
After a purchase or redraw completes, the series enters a 5-minute reservation lock. Another qualifying completion resets the timer. During the lock, only the player holding it can make restricted actions such as purchases or redraws.
If a series receives no new purchases for 5 consecutive days, the platform may evaluate whether to adjust future promotions, suspend sales, or remove the series based on its sales status. Any change applies only to transactions not yet formed. Completed purchases, acquired draw tickets, and the prize rates disclosed at purchase are unaffected. If removal affects unrevealed or otherwise unfulfilled orders, they will be handled under the rules and refund information disclosed at purchase.
Last Prize ownership follows the series mode. All other prizes are determined only after allocation using the on-chain random number at reveal; the completed on-chain transaction record is authoritative.
If this series includes a Last Prize, General mode awards it to the player whose on-chain transaction successfully completes the final draw. In Group-order mode, the system randomly selects a winner from eligible purchased draws under the series rules.
Unrevealed entries are purchased tickets that have not completed the reveal flow, so their results are not known. Refer to the series page for the reveal status and time.
If this series can participate in Collection Books, some prizes may be deposit requirements or completion rewards. Check the Collection Books page for eligibility, eligible prizes, and reward rules.
If this series enables redraw, eligible prizes can be used and retired for redraw under its rules; the original prizes are removed from the account after completion.
All product images are for reference only. The actual shipped item prevails. For blind-box products or products labeled random or random variant, the shipped variant also prevails.
Unless otherwise stated on the product page, each prize represents one item. Even if a product image shows multiple variants, it is only a visual reference and does not mean every pictured item will be shipped. If the page does not specify "×5," "set of five," or another bundle quantity, only one item will be shipped after redemption.
Unless otherwise stated on the product page, prizes are generally procured after they are won and a redemption request is completed. The platform does not guarantee that prizes are in stock; actual shipping timing depends on supply and procurement status.
Physical prizes can be redeemed only after the page shows them as "Exchangeable". Until then, they remain visible in your account.
Each merchant sets its redemption period. It starts from whichever is later: the draw ticket reveal time or the series estimated arrival time; use the deadline shown on the page as the exact expiry.
Each exchange can include prizes from only one merchant. The per-order quantity limit follows the merchant setting shown on the exchange page.
Available delivery or store-pickup methods, shipping fees, and free-shipping conditions follow the merchant settings shown during confirmation.
Verify the recipient and delivery details before submitting. Incorrect details that require rerouting or redelivery may incur additional fees.
After submitting an exchange request, prizes are expected to ship within 7–14 business days, excluding public holidays. This is not a guaranteed delivery timeframe.

If an item cannot be shipped due to stock shortages, supply adjustments, or other factors, compensation may be provided as equivalent Doudo Points or, with the consumer's agreement, an equivalent replacement item.
